We are a B2B marketing organization looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to provide expertise and support in all phases of design for brand initiatives, marketing campaigns and creative assets, including graphics, illustrations, and other materials for print, web, social, and other digital platforms across a portfolio of brands. 

The Senior Graphic Designer will be located in Nashville with hybrid work options available. This role reports to the Executive Creative Director.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate closely with Creative director and account directors to lead the creative thinking.
  • Own the creative process from concepting to preparing final files based on supplied specifications for all types of outlets including; web applications, paid media, social, digital, and printing
  • Make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production
  • Provide image retouching, clipping paths, and additional image manipulation for various needs
  • Package and prepare files for release to media partners, etc.
  • Understanding of how to design for brands and work within a brand guideline
  • Develop creative layouts for digital ads, presentations, email campaigns, digital (and print) brochures, white papers, and similar marketing materials
  • Ability to design static and dynamic ad creative for paid advertising and social campaigns
  • Maintain production files, including fonts, images, logos and other artwork
  • Stay up to date with current graphic design trends, techniques, and software

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience as a production artist, graphic designer, or similar.
  • A Bachelor's degree in visual arts, graphic design, or a related field.
  • A digital-focused portfolio of completed graphics and designs.
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (XD and Figma a plus!)
  • Proven experience with digital content, such as social media, online advertising, and email campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Notable attention to detail.

BONUS POINTS:

  • Experience with UX/UI a plus (knowing tools XD, Figma, or similar)
  • Experience editing short video content
  • Experience with Adobe AfterEffects
  • Knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing industries
